The place was great and we felt very comfortable there. One thing that I don’t feel like is communicated well is that you can’t use the water in your room to drink, brush your teeth ect. There are bottle refill stations in the hall, so bring a few bottles to refill. My wife caught a stomach illness while we were there, I’m guessing because we brushed our teeth with sink water and let shower water in our mouths? Or maybe it was something else entirely. Idk. Either way we would definitely keep this place at the top of our list for stays at west bay. We had the hotel Buffett breakfast added to our stay before we booked and it was worth it. If you pay by the day I think they want like $30 a person or something. IMO I think $10-15 a person is what it’s worth.

Simply Excellent. Service was great and food was fantastic ! Only negative of the area is transportation. Every time you go anywhere it will cost you $25-35 coming and going. No UBER and regular taxi’s are low and expensive

The property was gorgeous! We arrived and the check in was smooth, the welcome drink is addicting. They charge the resort fee ($69 per night) up front and then a hold of $200 per night for incidentals; make sure you checkout at the end because they need to rerun the card for charges incurred, it doesn’t come out of the hold. The hotel’s breakfast was delicious and varied daily. The seaside restaurant had many options for lunch, snacks, etc. The beach was beautiful and perfect snorkeling location, you can snorkel right off the beach. Keep in mind that when there’s cruises, the hotels sell day passes so the beach becomes crowded but not to the point where it is unbearable. We purposely went during a week that 3 days had no scheduled cruises, if you can plan around it, you will enjoy a crystal beach. Our only complaint was the housekeeping, they would come by late in the day to service the room (around 5pm) and we often had to call reception to ask for service. The housekeeper didn’t refill toiletries daily unless we asked. Other than that, we loved the hotel and would come back for sure!

This hotel is infront of the best off the beach snorkel you can find in the Carribean. Very unique and well maintained as well. Breakfast buffet is very good as well.

Beautiful property with easily the best pool on the island. We stayed in a 3 bedroom suite and had a beautiful view of both the trees and ocean. It was great to just walk out and snorkel the reef. However, this never felt like a luxury resort. Really no different than any other resort, and food, while quite tasty, was also quite pricey.
