I want to start by saying that Britney was absolutely great, she was very friendly and helpful. When we arrived we were received by a blond heavy set woman wearing red lipstick, she was rude and combative I really wasn't sure why since I had never seen her in my life, she started by asking if we would be needing a ride to the airport and that we need to to let her know right there and then otherwise we wouldn't be able to be allow to get a ride, we also paid for a studio room and we were send to a basic rundown room that not even the toilet worked. After a whole day of trying to figure out what would happen to the toilet in the room Britney was kind enough to move us to a more comfortable room than where we were put in. The food is not the best they put this chimichury sauce that's not even chimichury is just garlic and oil on everything, we had to get mostly most dinners outside the resort since I couldn't really stomach all the food that was serve, Mostly I had Fruit and coffee. some staff were nice others were absolutely rude and just disrespectful period, there were two older guys part of the staff that were so nasty that I wasn't sure what their issue was.

Mayan Princess is such a beautiful and well kept property. It is not new or modern, but for its age, it is impressive. Incredibly well maintained and easy to get around with signs and directions all throughout the property. I absolutely loved my stay here, felt like a remote paradise. Make sure to get your dinner reservations booked every morning for the a la carte dining options which felt like 5 star restaurants. The buffet was mediocre at times, really just depends on the offering of the day which changes everyday. And the drinks were amazing! Though I recommend you ask for double shot every time if you want a more proportional mix. Direct beach access with private lounge chars and towels made my trip comfortable and accommodating. Overall I would absolutely recommend this resort to anyone visiting Roatan.

Very nice area with beautiful beach. Staff super friendly and helpful. Very good local and international food with the all inclusive package. Convenient round trip transportation from the airport. We will stay again.

Hotel is excellent! Beautiful beach in front. Food was superb. Only issue we had is that the second a la carte restaurant was closed the day we intended to go and they didn’t advise up front, had to repeat restaurant. I liked it better when they had 3 dining options instead of 2

Smaller property than I’m used to. Food was pretty good but not as many choices. Beach was nice and water was perfect! Room was very nice and the AC helped with the humidity.
