One room has a French bed (160 cm, length 190 cm) and also leads to the terrace. Another room has a double sofa bed (140 cm, length 190 cm), a TV, CD player, and DVD player, with an exit to the terrace. The kitchenette is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, three ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, along with a bar area. There is a bathroom with a WC and a separate WC on the same floor. The upper floor, accessible by an open staircase, has one room with a French bed (140 cm, length 190 cm) and a children's room with one bed (120 cm) and two bunk beds (80 cm each). There is also a shower room with a WC on the upper level.
