My reservation did not show up when i arrived so I had to cancel original booking and rebook in person. The whole check in process probably took about an hour. And it was late so I was just wanting a bed but the front desk wasnt all that motivated to get me to my room. Kept saying I could do this or that and I was saying I had a confirmed reservation. Kinda got the feeling it was thought I'd just go away but I patiently waited out the process.
