Nice stay

When we arrived we had to wait in line to check in, but there was no one at the front desk for 10 minutes. By the time an employee came there was a line of 5 families waiting to check in. The TV in our room did not work. They did send someone to look at it, but it was not fixable. Otherwise the room was clean and comfortable and the hotel was in a great location, lots of places to eat and shopping centers nearby.

There was no hot water at all on the property for any of the rooms for two out of the three days of our stay. When we called the front desk, we were given an attitude and told that it was not known when the hot water would be working again. Our room also never came with a do-not-disturb sign, and the bottles in the shower were left empty all three days. The manager was rude when we asked about a refund for one of the nights. Defintely will not be staying again.

We chose to do a staycation with a few other families because of amenities the hotel offered. The pool was freezing!! The room had a QR code to scan for food and other services. The site said room service was available, I tried the extension provided multiple times no answer. When I spoke to guest services she advised “they got a late start today”and that’s separate from the hotel and not her area. I went to the restaurant to place an order and was advised they no longer do room service but the website and staff all had different answers. At that point I was very annoyed with 2 young children that did not want to sit and eat in a restaurant. Our room was ok, but the king bed seemed much smaller and would consider it more of a queen size.
