This was an adorable property, well maintained, very clean, well stocked and the icing on the cake was a fenced in backyard. This was especially handy while traveling with a dog. The neighbors were friendly, the neighborhood was nice and quiet and a great area to walk our dog. We will definitely choose to stay at Christina’s property again if we make it back to Rochester.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was exceptionally clean and beautifully remodeled with thoughtful updates throughout. It looks better than the pictures show. It was comfortable, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The beds were comfortable, which made it easy to get a great night’s sleep. The accommodations were excellent, and we felt the property was a fantastic value for the price. The back porch was nice to sit out in the evening at look for fireflies. Only a 7 or 8 minute easy drive to Mayo Clinic. The neighborhood was nice and felt safe. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and affordable place to stay!

We stay at a lot of VRBOs and this property was truly excellent. Good location, comfortable furnishings, everything is provided, and then some. The hosts have put a lot of thought into making the guests comfortable. The only thing I would advise people about is that, if anyone in the party has mobility issues, the front steps will be difficult. There are cement steps from the driveway to the front porch, which are fine, but the last 3 steps, leading from those steps up to the porch are pretty steep. We managed okay, but it would be difficult for someone with a cane or walker. Otherwise, the house was wonderful!
