Its a nice hotel and one of the best deals for families, one of the best breakfast options I have seen (though it's paid for adults), it's a bargain at only 12£ and let's kids eat free with a paying adult.

Clean, Comfortable, and Friendly Friendly staff, a clean room, and very comfortable beds. There is also plenty of parking available right outside, which was very convenient. We especially liked that you could always go to the reception area to pick up extra tea bags, coffee, sugar, etc. to use with the kettle in the room. During our three-day stay, the room was cleaned on request, and towels were changed upon request as well. When I asked for fresh towels, they arrived promptly—and as a lovely extra touch, they even brought a box of Christmas biscuits for our daughter. Breakfast was good, though the selection was the same each day. It included eggs, bacon, sausages, pastries, bread, cereals, and fresh fruit, with several juice and coffee options. They even offered to prepare porridge for us if we wanted it.
