Room was spotless, well appointed and bed was amazing! Staff that assisted us on check-in was amazing. Super nice, knowledgeable, and friendly. I had booked online while we were in the car and I inadvertently booked a handicap accessible room. He pointed this out to us and asked if we needed that or would we like a different room. We didn't need accessible, so we gladly gave that room up for another. The clerk gave us info on breakfast, the hotel "store", and about any incidentals that we may need. We had an exceptional stay. Thank you!

The mattress protectors on the sofa bed mattresses were pretty much shredded and there were no extra linens to put on sofa bed. Had to go down and ask after we already got in at 2am ready for bed. Was handed 2 top sheets and very thin "blanket", not even a fitted sheet to stay on. Queen beds didnt have a nice/warm blankets on top either.

The first room I stayed in did not have a working AC unit and did not have a hair dryer. I was moved to another room that the AC worked in, however housekeeping did not service the room and I had to go to the front desk two evenings in a row to get clean towels. I spoke with the front desk several times and management never reached out to me.

The room was clean (as hotels go), however the carpet had sticky spots which is way to common with hotels. The shower was missing any shelving for soap/shampoo. You could see it used to have shelf. That being said I’d still stay again.

Room anmd interior features of the hotel rated good. A "nasty" outside problem is the presence of a cell phone tower in the parking lot that is a night roosting place of large black birds that will coat anything within a 40' radius with excrement. Park in spaces as far away from this tower as you can.

While the room itself was fine, the pictures showed full size refrigerators and a kitchenette, which is part of why i chose the hotel. I had an event the next day and needed to refrigerate food items. I also often choose hotels based on the availability of a fitness center, and while there was a room there, it was out of service and completely full f boxes. Please don’t advertise amenities that are not usable. This hotel was not worth the price paid.
