Front desk was very unwelcoming, I arrived 45 mins after- normal check-in time- per website. Room was not ready, tap pay don't work. ( which put me personal in a bind, but nontheless, was offered, but no available, they had no idea it wasn't. So yeah was BS. Was rushed out of the pool, before 11:00 pm. Was reminder 3 different times, about what time it closed.

My only complaint was we had to bed for room service l. Even on our 3rd day they came in and did a “quick clean. Which ment take old towels and bring new towels. I had to go down and get washcloths and body wash. They did the full clean the day before we checked out. Staff was friendly

The room was clean and spacious. Everything we needed for the kitchen area also. Naki who was working Christmas Eve and Christmas Day was extremely helpful and friendly. Always had a smile and spike has we came in and out!!! She was the perfect person for Christmas holidays!

Clean, large studio! Comfy beds & pillows. Impressed with dishes, silverware, dishwasher, sink, and full-sized fridge/freezer. The sitting area was separated from the queen beds by a drape. No wasteful tiny shampoos; there were dispensers. They also had recycling bins in the lobby & in our room. Many lamps, large tv. Excellent breakfast buffet. Apples, coffee, & variety of teas were available 24/7 at the front desk. 2 elevators made waiting minimal. We used the EV car charger overnight. The indoor pool looked nice, but we had no time to swim. Friendly, helpful staff. We would definitely stay here again. Only downside was we could hear people chatting in the hall outside our door when we went to bed.

Wonderful staff. We were here for over a month and it was beautifully decorated for both Thanksgiving and Christmas. Great location. Everything is close. Only negative thing I can say about this property is that it is very noisy. The facility itself is nice, but needs a little better soundproofing. The area is quite noisy with motorcycles and noisy cars as well as a nearby fire station. We are pretty sound sleepers so we weren't bothered much. But if noise bothers you I'd think twice.

Staff was very friendly. Building was extremely clean and smelled fresh! Room was comfortable and pool was very clean. Definitely will stay here again and recommend to friends!

Arrived Charlotte at 1pm for 2pm funeral. Needed room to change clothes. Hotel had no clean rooms. I changed in their parking lot. Understand check-in is at 4, but what does that do for customers???!!! Sign at Breakfast line said 6:30 - 9:30, but not on Saturday when I was there. It's 7-10. Not a big deal, but I had to wait 30 minutes. While waiting for breakfast (30 minutes) the sign on the front exit door said "this door broke, use other door." It was a 2 door exit, so the other door was inches away, but 20-22 people pushed the broken door to a screeching sound. I told the lady at the front desk that they couldnt read 24 font as they walk up, but she didnt change it. I like H2 Suite, but this was not a good visit.
