Spark by Hilton Rock Springs was a great stay. I would definitely stay there again! The room was clean and spacious. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The staff was exceptional, especially Kathy at the front desk. She was knowledgeable and helpful and all with a friendly smile, thank you Kathy for your help. Ample Free parking. Close to shopping, restaurants and gas station.

The room is roomy and conveniently appointed with plenty of electrical outlets and USB ports. The bathroom is also clean and roomy with good hot water. There is a small refrigerator but no microwave or in-room coffee. The bed is comfortable. Moderate freeway noise and noise from the heater blower made it somewhat difficult to get to sleep. Overall, it met the need of a place to sleep and shower and be ready for another day of traveling.

It was okay - we were just there a night as we were passing through. The beds were awful. Our bathroom still had hair in it so that made us question how well it was cleaned from the previous people. I did like the floors were vinyl so no icky carpet. Breakfast was good too - quick little items so we could eat and get on the road. We stopped at the kfc literally right next to the hotel and worst service and food ever that should be a review on its own. Just wasn't a very welcoming experience overall. Probably would keep driving to the next town if possible.

Overlapped my booking and did not show up the night I was scheduled. They charged me for the night I did not show and canceled my booking for the rest of the trip. Luckily the next night when I did show up they had a room available. I know it was my fault for overlapping the booking but other hotels have called me personally to see if I was going to make it when I was running late. Other than that the room was clean and comfortable.

Pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The bed was the most comfortable one we've had in a while. The staff at check in were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and welcoming. Breakfast was great. It was walkable to several restaurants and shopping.

I love this hotel. We are traveling with 2 dogs so they put us close to a door by the doggie area. The floors are LVP and not carpet. The check in person was so sweet. She said she loved her job because of people’s pets and you could tell. Highly recommend this place.
