Stayed in room 318. Carpeting in room needs cleaning. No microwave and told some rooms have them, some don’t. Offered to use one on first floor but it was dirty. Carpet in elevator dirty. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was tasty and there were enough food selections. I was disappointed that the indoor pool and the hot tub were out of service. I had been looking forward to using them.

Toilet was stopped—would not flush. Requested a plunger—CSR didn’t know where one was stored. After several minutes, a plunger was delivered to the room—I used the plunger. Facility was clean, but well worn.
