When we walked in our room it smelled like cigarette smoke. The room was extremely hot. We lowered the heat and left for our event. When we returned it was cooler, but we ended up turning off the heat all together and it really didn't get too much colder. The unit also made weird sounds. The toilet flushing was really loud and scared my kids. There was no kleenex in the room. Overall not bad for $100 but improvements could be made. Beds were comfortable but a few small stains were found on the sheets.
