Located just 50 meters from the scenic Fitzroy River, you are ideally placed for refreshing morning strolls or relaxing evening walks by the water. The apartment overlooks Denham Street, offering a vibrant city-street view. The space remains quiet as it is situated above a professional financial/planning office.



A modern 2 bedroom apartment with plenty of natural light, polished finishes, brand-new furniture (warehouse-style couches & dining table) and block-out blinds in both bedrooms for a deep, restful sleep. Two separate bedrooms (so ideal for up to 4 people if sharing; or 2 people each in their own room) with comfortable beds. One large bathroom (single bathroom/toilet/shower combo), not an ensuite.

While the riverside is within a short stroll, the courtyard is your private outdoor space, perfect for catching fresh air. There is a free designated parking space for one car in the alleyway directly from the apartment, however if you need more parking, there is free parking just a short walk away from this stay.
