Trying their best with new ownership

Check-in was terrific; we arrived early due to family medical emergency and manager arranged early check-in with no issue. Friendly, respectful staff.Property is under renovation, room was clean - no bugs, but had mold/mildew in bathroom, microwave was broken, various repairs needed. This property has only been owned for 2 weeks by current management. Give them grace! They’ll have issues under control soon.

Worse hotel I have ever seen. Mold on the walls. Stink, dirty, unkept. We left and was told since we booked through expedia we would need to report to them then after they verified we did not stay a refund would be issued. Awaiting to see the results. No recommendation here.

I definitely see a change! I had stopped staying here during my visits home because of inconsistent housekeeping, but I’ve stayed here the last few times and it’s been spotless. The cleanliness has really improved, and I’ve noticed a positive difference in the staff too

When calling to check on the check in time. I was told they didn’t have an registration for me, which I knew I booked. But once I arrived they had it all figured out☺️

security locks on hotel rooms broken - had to wedge chair under doorknob for security can see outside where door meets door jam bathtub dirty difficult to operate shower mechanism - when complained, was told instructions for operation at front desk ( instructions were taped to front counter on the side "facing" the employee) Customer service - poor

This is a very low level hotel. It’s not worth a penny over $75 a night. The remote control for the TV was missing. It looked like the door to my room has been kicked in a few times. The bathroom was so disgusting that I didn’t take a shower in the morning. The continental breakfast was small danishes and cereal and they were covered in flies…. So I didn’t eat.

This was by far the nastiest hotel we have ever stayed at. The hotel refused to refund any amount of the stay. The floor was sticky and we all had black feet from whatever was sealing up through it. The room was wet all of our things were damp the entire time. If we could’ve went to another hotel we would have left but everywhere was booked for the dance comp. If you’re going for comp stay clear of this place!!! We had 3 of our girls at this hotel our room was wet and sticky along with another room and the 3rd found bed bugs. DISGUSTING!!! As far as breakfast I have no clue we weren’t about to eat at that place!
