The staff was very accommodating and the rooms were clean. What I especially liked was that there is no carpet or upholstery in the room and the mattress was super clean, meaning that the bed bug risk is very low.

Was a little scared after reading reviews but they are no longer valid or all wrong because it was a great trip with amazing staff and so clean. PS the beds have comforters, they are not the most comfy but they are clean and work for sleep.
