Easy walk along the bay and harbor to the shops and restaurants of the village, including T-wharf, Dock Square and Bearskin Neck. Nice back & side yards, 3 parking spots, and outdoor enclosed shower make this a perfect beach spot for families. Fully air conditioned, new granite and stainless steel appliances.
