Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Had difficulty getting TV to work and there was only 1 staff on duty and couldn’t leave the front desk to help. However, my husband went to the front desk and the instructions she gave allowed us to get TV channels.

Property is undergoing renovation yet provided every need we requested. Our tv did not work and we were promptly moved to another room. It was a very quiet area. The construction work did not disturb us. The room is very spacious.

The first room we got into wasn’t very clean, everything inside the room was very worn down and had a weird smell. Went to run a bath for our baby and noticed the tub was full of spray paint. The gentlemen at the front desk who checked us in was very nice and apologetic about the situation. He was able to get us into a different room. The second room was a little better, not great though. Still very beat up and the shower head had mold. The curtain was half open and we tried to close it and couldn’t get it to close or to even open. The front of the ac/heater was falling off. The couches were filthy.

This is my second time going to this hotel. They keep giving me handicap rooms that need some TLC, seriously. Then, they also gave me a room with no heat. After trying three rooms we finally got settled in. Hotel looks old and outdated with lots of construction going on. Breakfast was good on day one but on the second day the hostess was gone so breakfast was not as good, at all!

Hotel had some renovations going on that I was unaware of. Room appears slightly dated and the pictures on the site did not seem to represent the current state. Check in staff was very friendly and helpful.
