We found dirty pants in the closet when we checked in. The door lock was fickle and only worked half the time. The elevator was broke at check in. This was all in addition to Hotels.com canceling my reservation! It wasn’t a good experience from the start.

Hotel is very new and very clean. The bed is great and breakfast is better than other hotels. My only complaint is the surroundings which I felt is a bit unsafe but if staying in, it’s great.

Nice and clean hotel for the price. However the staff member working at check-in when we arrived was extremely rude and seemed annoyed of our arrival as she we interrupted her dinner with a friend. Other than that everything else was good.

We have stayed at this location before. However we were surprised that the building structure shifted. When we got to our room we saw crack in ceiling and our door to hallway had a wide 1 inch gap that you could see someone walking by as well as the carpet in the hall. Checking in with Shaquita was great. Breakfast was very good. Check out was lack luster. Ladies were busy so we dropped our keys into gray box.
