At street level we find the entrance to the premises where you can find a private parking area. From there we go up a flight of stairs until we reach the duplex.
- On the ground floor we find a large, bright living-dining room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. This dining area opens onto a spectacular terrace with sea views.
It also has a suite bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with two bunk beds, and another full bathroom.
On the upper floor of the duplex, we find a full bathroom, an open-plan bedroom with a sliding door and a double bed and two single beds. This room has a large fully equipped terrace, also with views of the wonderful Roc de Sant Gaità beach.

RESPONSIBILITY
