Three of the home’s comfortable bedrooms occupy the first floor: A king master with an ensuite bath along with a room with two double beds and another with a queen bed and bunk that share a full hallway bath. A wrap-around covered deck reveals a six-person hot tub, the perfect place for galaxy gazing or a soothing soak as you watch the sun rise. The home’s fourth bedroom, a primary king, is on the second level. This room features a jacuzzi tub and access to a private deck. Another deck and a screened-in porch are accessible from the great room, a lovely open area that brings everyone together for feasts, fun and games and those fabulous memories that family vacations create. Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $5,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
