The staff was exceptional. The hotel appears to be older and maintained best they can. The bed in our “suite” was a queen (maybe a full) and very old style - I think it even had springs - great location with restaurants near by

Requested bottom floor. Was assured of this. Stayed on third floor. Garbage cans in out side areas were overflowing from the time I arrived until I checked out. Was also assured a room with sofa with pull out bed. Didn’t happen. Pool was very dirty. Staff were pleasant and friendly

Check in was fine. I found bugs in the bed and checked out before I ever went to sleep. I was glad I saw them when I sat down on it. Staff member was outside with a boyfriend and said “call tomorrow when there’s a manager” I did get a refund through Expedia. I had provided pictures to Expedia and they were helpful. I know these can be isolated situations in hotels. It was very off putting.

Our room was great. Spacious & clean. The bed was super comfy. Love that they had sulfate and paraben free shampoo/ conditioner dispensers in the shower. Full size fridge and cooktop burner so we cooked and made meals to save $ and not eat out. Would definitely stay here again. Oh! And a staff member even helped us figure out how to use the TV remote!

Room was clean and staff was very friendly and welcoming to our dog! Bathroom was not the best designed (had to lower toilet seat to flush the toilet because of a low shelf above it) and was a little tired. For the price point, it was good! Felt safe in parking lot and general area. We wanted a clean room to sleep in for one night and it hit the mark!

This hotel is very clean, well maintained, with very good customer service. There was a fruit and coffee bar in the morning but no breakfast. The area is very convenient with any services needed. The only negative I can say is that the mattress was not comfortable at all and well worn as you'd sink in the middle.
