The layout is ideal for family or friends with an open floor-plan for gathering on the first level and three bedrooms on the second level. The spacious master suite includes a desk, private balcony and jacuzzi tub. All rooms have Roku TVs, allowing you to stream with ease. Fenced-in backyard is great for a pet!

The space
1st level - completely open living room, dining and kitchen with a half bath and access to the fenced-in backyard and furnished patio. 55" Roku TV in the living room with a swivel mount and YouTube TV.

2nd level - a master suite with private master bathroom and balcony + 50" Roku TV, two bedrooms with 32" Roku TVs and another full bathroom. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Each bedroom has a large closet with shelving and hangers.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire house except for the garage. The garage is available upon request from long-term stayers or storage for cyclists/mountain bikers.

Wonderful house

Only stayed one night, in for a concert at the AMP, but this place could not have been more perfect or conveniently located. The hosts are friendly and gracious. Would absolutely choose them again.
