staff was great. corporate sucks. booked there because it had a pool, hot tub and restaurant. pool was cold. hot tub was empty with no plans to reopen, and i was told the restaurant wouldn’t reopen until the hotel was more than 25% booked like it was the 25% s fault. it’s false advertising at the least. don’t be fooled. i won’t ever again. they don’t provide what they say. your paying a lot more for a lot less than advertised while some executive that runs the program is at a place with everything they claimed to have. don’t pay for it

The evening front desk attendant was awesome both nights we stayed! The room was huge and clean, the bed was super comfy, and the shower had fantastic water pressure! My only real complaint would be a lack of a vent fan in the bathroom... We were disappointed there no breakfast available on our 1st morning. The morning desk attendant apologetically explained that the kitch person had called out, which is understandable but still disappointing. Breakfast was tasty the 2nd morning though. All in all, I'd definitely recommend the Hyatt House 😁

Very clean and comfortable room. The hotel is very nice, has a bar and restaurant too. The location is fantastic, easy in and out. It is close to all the good restaurants and fun things to do there. Very nice for the price.

The staff was really friendly and helpful in all areas. This hotel is not in a walkable area, you have to drive everywhere. Restaurant and bar options limited but definitely good enough. Not really a restaurant more a bar with snacks menu. My only complaint was the hot tub was broken

The first room had no hot water, even after running it for 5 min. The second room had a chair that was tore up and the sheets were ripped. The hot tub didn't work and the pool was ice cold as was the room it was in. Breakfast was a joke. They think overcooked tater tots is a breakfast item. no pancakes, no waffles, and the only fruit offered was an orange. The sausage was overcooked and the toaster so small the bread could not be toasted. They had english muffins but no bagels. This a horrible hotel with unfriendly staff. Please consider removing them from your list of options. I filed a complaint with Hyatt. I feel like they owe me some money back.
