The desk staff was very friendly, but overall the trip was so bad I just left on the 2nd night. The carpets were wet, the room was humid and smelled extremely musty. Definitely do not recommend.

Woke up in the early morning with bed bugs in the bed. We were bite on our backs and leg. My fiance killed the bed bug that was on her back. We told the front desk worker who was rude, not helpful, and not concerned. However, the front desk worker that came in for the 7am was very helpful and displayed great customer service. The general manager followed up with us and we met in person. She was compassionate, professional, and had great customer service. Overall, we had a terrible experience and changed hotels immediately, but ended with great service from the general manager.

Hotel room was great and has a kitchenette in it as well. Bed was very comfortable and the A/C was nice and cold. Only downfall was the tv had issues operating correctly but wasnt a huge deal. Overall I will stay here again.

Very clean. Not too busy of an area. It’s close to the interstate and convenient to either Bentonville or Roger’s. Reasonable pricing when comparing to other hotels. Walkable to several restaurants and Sam’s and Walmart.

So the hotel isn't terrible but definitely not the best. The whole floor must have had some sort of moisture issue. They had a tiny dehumidifier in the hallway but the carpet smelled and was damp and if you put anything down on it, it smelled really bad.
