Apartment in Conjunto Pancho is a lovely 2 bedroom property located in a quiet location, ideal for either a relaxing family holiday in the sun or a golfing holiday. The property is a ground floor apartment which comprises of a lounge/diner with access to the terrace with a garden to relax or sunbathing, behind it has a patio where you can be sunbathing too which has fantastic views across the salt lake and sea, well equipped kitchen (inc fridge freezer, washing machine, electric oven/ hob), a double bedroom and a twin bedroom and family bathroom. The lounge and bedrooms all have air conditioning. It is furnished with good quality furniture and is well equipped with all the essentials required to enjoy your holiday. The lovely communal swimming pool, with toddler pool, is beautifully maintained and great for couples and families alike. The pool is for the private use of Conjunto Pancho, a small community of properties, and you can often find that you have the pool area to yourself.
WIFI is available at the property, along with TV Sat. Located just half an hour’s drive from both Alicante and Murcia Airports. The golf complex is great area for a holiday, even for non-golfers, with some great restaurants within easy walking distance, which offer good value for money and the well-furnished Club House, with pool terrace and restaurant along with a number of bars and a well-stocked supermarket (all approx. 800mts - 1/2 mile), and further restaurants approximately (approx. 1200 metros - 3/4 mile walking distance), overall offering a great choice of International cuisines. The Spanish town of Rojales is just a 1500mts - 1 mile away, with a local market on a Thursday and more bars and restaurants. The lovely beaches at Guardamar are approximately 8km - 6 miles away (just a 10-minute drive), also there you will find some lovely parks to walk through. Reina Sofia Park is our favourite which is ideal for either a leisurely stroll enjoying the peacocks, red squirrels and terrapins or a play in the large adventure playground. Nearby is the centre of Quesada, which has a number of bars, restaurants and a great water park. Also the seaside town of Torrevieja. Costa Blanca with its Mediterranean diet and warm climate is renowned as one of the healthiest regions of Spain, in fact, the World Health Organization named it as one of the healthiest regions in the world! You will be met at the property by our property manager and a 60 Euro cleaning and preparation cost will be payable upon your arrival. Cleaning includes all laundry including bedding and bath towels. Please bring your own towels for the beach and pool. 30% deposit payable at time of booking and full payment 8 weeks in advance of your stay All electricity, air conditioning and water costs are included in the rental rates. 150€ damage deposit will be payable upon your arrival. This will be promptly refunded once our property manager has collected the keys and checked the property.
