Our Villa is in an ideal location for any sort of holiday you want. , On average 320 days of sunshine a year to spend on the nearby, beach or having fun, dining out, relaxing or golf. For a beach holiday you need go no further than Guardamar about 10 minutes drive from our villa, the stunning beach shelves gently into the sea and there are plenty of seaside bars and restaurants for refreshments. Have fun in Quesada, there is an aqua park (open June to September) with slides for all ages and a pool and there is a go-cart track with a training track for young children to try and also bouncy castles. if you just want to chill out. In Quesada town you have a choice of almost every type of cuisine including Asian, Japanese and a new KFC, there is a choice of many bars. About 20 minutes away is lively Torreveieja, with its own harbour, and famous healing salt lakes. If relaxation is what you want we have 10 sun loungers, 6 round our 10 x 5m pool and 4 on the 64 sq m roof solarium. If you want a night in we have UK channels and sky movies as well as the normal English TV. We also have a DVD/CD player with many DVD's and CD's and Wi-Fi. If golf is your sport, less than 2km away is La Marquesa, an 18 hole, par 72 course, set in a valley between the Quesada hills and there are up to 4 more courses within 20 minutes drive.

Had a great holiday at pat and brians villa. Everything we needed was there,very clean accommodation with plenty of air conditioning units. As for the pool, new it was big ,but in reality it was really big! spent most of our time inthe pool especially as the temperature reached 40c on a couple of occasions.Would recommended this villa for somewhere to stay in this area

Lovely villa with a great pool. Everything was clean and tidy. Owner was really helpful as was the key holder. We didn't have a car which we found to be a bit of a mistake on our part because it's quite a walk back from the supermarket and the taxis aren't the most reliable

I stayed here with a young family and it was great for them , the pool is massive with plenty of chairs and the kids loved , the house its self was great and had everything needed to have a comfortable stay , the roof top area was great and massive , great villa to stay at and if we had any issue at all there was a very fast response .Thank you brian and pat

Lovely Quesada

Lovely property, fabulous pool, just a shame there is an outside flight of stairs to get to it, unfortunately if we had known this we wouldnt have booked as mobility issues and to make it worse the fridge by pool didn't work. Lighting around pool area would've been nice to sit outside privately in the evenings. However these are personal preferences, as long as you are able bodied its a fantastic villa, you'd be hard pushed to find a better pool in the area close to everything. Judith was amazing too.

Lovely Villa

Lovely clean villa in a quiet and safe area. Fantastic pool. Shops and restaurants about 20 mins walk good selection. We hired a car and lots to do in surrounding area. We would come back again .

Well catered for villa

Great size and quality pool. Lovely that there is a general larder and welcome pack. Some noise from neighbours one side with dogs and shouting but everyone else was very welcoming. Car required even though we happily walked into the centre which took about 30 minutes. Suited our type of holiday which is all about pool and sunshine

Perfect villa in Quesada.

This is the second time we have rented this villa and it is perfect. The property is very well equipped with everything you will need and is very clean. The pool is fantastic, as is the solarium.

Comfortable family villa with everything you could need!

We really did have a wonderful time in the October half term. The villa was very clean and comfortable. Everything was in great working order, and thoughtfully fitted out, it has absolutely everything you could need. We enjoyed cooking there every day, and also using the bbq up on the solarium, which the children adored. Going in the half term meant we had a beautifully quiet time; there were a few people in the neighbourhood but the villas around us were largely unoccupied. Even in the cooler weather we enjoyed the pool every day, which was extremely clean and well taken care of. Pat was helpful by email and the local keyholder was helpful in person, answering questions and giving some tips on the local area; they did this without feeling intrusive. A great balance. One word to say is that the pool is on a different level to the house, you go down a staircase at the back of the house. Not a big deal but I hadn't realised from the photos, and it meant sitting by the pool in the evening wasn't possible, with children asleep indoors. Not a big deal, but it's helpful to factor it in to your plans for how you will use the space. There is an outside table at the front, by the front door and on the same level as the house, so we happily sat there in the evenings for a drink and to play cards. There is an excellent supermarket, Consum, a km away. We got a taxi there on the first day, for a big shop, and then walked there for top ups. I definitely recommend. I've knocked one point off for local area, as we didn't find much to do on our walking, or public transport to explore a bit more. We went out to Torrevieja and Guadamar, both of which were fine but of course we were out of season so a little less to do than usual. I think we would hire a car next time. Completely recommend, you will have a very comfortable and fun holiday here, and it was just what our family needed.

Good size villa and pool

Lovely clean villa with large pool.We had a great 2 weeks at this property,lots of outside space,huge roof terrace,lots of poolside space and a nice area at the front of the property with a table and chairs.There are a lot of steps down to the pool or up to the roof so maybe not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.Nearest bars/restaurants 20 minute walk,would recommend Da Silva,lovely restaurant and the Italian next door to it.Overall a lovely holiday in a very well equipped villa.

Wonderful stay at Villa Sunrise

We have just returned from a two week stay at Villa Sunrise and was pleasantly surprised. Dave greeted us on arrival and was very informative giving us all the information we needed. The Villa is located in a quiet neighbourhood but only about 15 minute walk to nearest bar/restaurant and 30 mins to centre of Quesada. Most days we spent lazing around or in the pool. The pool seems to be the biggest around. There is a lovely table and chairs set in the front of the villa and in the morning it is in the shade so my parents spent many hours there reading before joining us by the pool. The roof top solarium was very hot during the day so we only ventured up there once the sun went down. Additional lighting up there would be great as soon as it went dark we couldn’t see to play cards. Overall we were very impressed and hope to return sometime in the future. Thank you Brian and Pat for sharing your holiday home.

Gorgeous villa very very well equipped

From arrival we loved this Villa. The lady who let us in was very welcoming and informative . The Villa was spotless and very very well equipped, i've stayed in a number and never had so much equipment you want for nothing. The pool is spotlessly clean even the grout was sparkling & the roof top solarium - wow! Very quiet area too with bars about a 20 minute walk, approx 30-35 mins walk into Quesada. It does seem quite a walk in the heat and we hit on a heatwave. It did take a good few days to get used to the air-con, i think a few brief instructions on how to use it would help but its hard a complaint. We didn't even use the full 10 euros on the prepay meter for the week and there was 6 of us the majority of the week. I would highly recommend this villa with ample sunbeds around the pool which look new, more on the roof terrace with seating for 6 and a bbq. Its a great base for getting around but i'd say a car is needed for the supermarkets etc, we visited Guardamar using Taxi's which were a bit of a challenge to get hold of, seems there aren't many around but we wanted a drink. Luckily the lady in the local tapas bar (which is a must) got hold of one for us. We're checking out the area with a view to buying and so far we love it but its a big area to discover so we'll be back soon. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. Tracy & Graham

Lovely home from home villa

Had a fantastic time in this villa. The owners help us out loads and replied to all e-mails and there was a lot. The villa was clean when we arrived the pool was brilliant and is really big was lovely just relaxing round the pool. The villa was equipped with everything you need. The beds are so comfy and the en-suite shower is so good the bonus is that there is no shower curtain constantly sticking to you while in this shower as it’s a glass shower enclosure was brilliant. The Chinese is a 10 minute walk from the villa and I highly recommend the food was amazing. Thank you we really enjoyed our stay.

Rojales villa

We stayed in Rojales for 7 days , We would recommend it highly it’s a beautiful area villa was beautiful and spotless, pool was fantastic a real bonus , a little bit away from restaurants some within walking distance, but we hired a car which was very reasonable, We will be back again to the area highly recommend.

Very clean and welcoming when I arrived. Had everything we could have wanted. TV a real bonus with the IPTV service, all the major British TV includung sport. Roof terrace is great for getting the sun all day, with 5 loungers and a table with 6 chairs near the built in BBQ. There are 6 loungers round the pool area and a second fridge freezer in the utility room and also a washing machine. There are a few bars and resturants within easy walking distace and the beach is just a short drive away. Will be back again soon.

Fabulous place - fabulous holiday.

We had a great time at the Villa Sunrise. The pool was just right, the sun terrace was perfect for family barbecues (we had several) and the villa was well equipped with everything a family needs for a great holiday. We needed a car to get around but found that a taxi into Quesada in the evenings wasn't too pricey anyway. All together we had a really good week in a beautiful villa. Would recommend it highly.

Villa was lovely very clean pool was amazing cleaned 4 times in the 2 weeks we were there villa had everything you would need only down sides were beds uncomfortable (personnel view) villa could do with a bit of maintaince ie pool clock not working tiles missing on pool pool light not working nothing to worry about and didn’t have an impact on holiday also villa very overlooked but again personal preference would go for villa with bit more privacy pictures didn’t show how overlooked it was and no mention of it in description

A well laid out, spacious property with fantastic pool and lovely views

A lovely property which was clean and spacious, well equipped and a great welcome pack was left on our request. The pool was fantastic, it was very clean with various inflatables and comfy sunbeds, we spent a lot of our time around or in the pool during the day, and playing cards on the roof terrace at night. Beautiful views from the roof terrace. The area was peaceful and quiet and we felt safe at all times. I would recommend a car as it’s a decent walk into town or to the nearest supermarket, there is a good selection of supermarkets close by (10/15 Min drive). Lovely beaches close by (10 mins drive) and nice restaurants in Quesada (5 mins drive). We spent quite a lot of money on air conditioning as it is a pre paid card after the first €20. The pictures do not do the villa justice at all, it is much more spacious and well laid out than they portray. We stayed here with teenagers and a two year old and it catered for everyone’s needs. We were also well looked after during our stay, with prompt and helpful responses when we needed something. Highly recommended.

A lovely villa with a fantastic pool

The villa was spacious and well equipped with a beautiful pool. We had a great relaxing holiday. We would definitely stay again. There were some negatives but these did not stop us enjoying ourselves. The overall impression is of a villa that needs some care and attention. It needs some maintenance eg door handles loose, wardrobe doors stiff, broken sunbeds left on roof terrace. The property is advertised with WiFi and catchup TV. This very rarely worked. The fridge/freezer down by the pool was broken. We were advised of these things by the key holder when we arrived. I think they should take these details off their site and should.pay for an upgrade on the tv/Internet. As stated before a great villa, just in need of some.care. Make sure advertised facilities are up to date.

Great family holiday

Stayed as a family of 5 (2 adults & 3 teenagers) in June/July 18. Found the villa to be ample in size for the 5 of us. Although not huge inside it has loads of useable outdoor space which is actually the reason we booked. Private pool was a real luxury we'd not experienced before & you'll be pleasantly surprised by the size - it's much bigger than it looks in the pictures. Wifi was good but tv didn't work very well. Car essential & you can park it in the driveway. Good beach less than 10 min drive away. Plenty of good restaurants in Quesada especially if you like Asian food. Would we stay again? Definitely.

Enjoyable Stay

Firstly I would like to say the contact between Brian and Pat were first class, they answered every question and were always happy to help. Our stay had a bit of a hiccup at the beginning as we were given phone numbers for Sue and Dave who were to open the property for us, unfortunately we tried to call these numbers from the airport and for the following hour or so and could not get hold of them, this was a bit frustrating as we had my mother who is in her 70’s and we were tired from our early morning flight. Luckily we eventually got hold of Sue and she genuinely couldn’t explain why the calls did not go through as both phones were on, we were just pleased to get in and start out holiday. The property was smaller than I thought but had everything, there were quite a few steps down to the pool and for some reason I imagined the seating area shown in the description looking over the pool, I would say the house felt a bit disconnected. Sue then showed us the air conditioning meter, we were given £20 for 10 days, at first I thought there was no way it was enough and asked Sue about buying more. She assured me to give her a call if I needed more but just to see how we got on with the £20. To our amazement it lasted the whole 10 days!! We only put it on at night but it was super. The pool was great, we met the pool men a couple of times and they were great, they gave us top tips on were to visit. The roof was far to hot to sit up there in the day but great for first thing in the morning and especially for drying the washing. The washing machine was a bit of a pain, Sue was very careful to explaine not to push the start button into hard, to be honest the washing machine in my opinion is broken, you have to unplug it every time to reset the machine so it would work again, we managed but it just needed to be fixed. The single bed in the middle bedroom had a mattress that had springs that were quite apparent, we got round this by placing two foam sun lounger pads tied together on top of the mattress and them made the bed with the mattress cover and sheet, it worked a dream and 100% more comfy. I’m sure it would be fine for children. Dave met us at the end of the stay and was very pleasant, overall we had a enjoyable stay, the English TV was Fab and internet was good. We would stay again as the location was accessible to s some beautiful places, good restaurants, markets, water parks, botanical gardens and much more. Thank you Brian & Pat

Cosy homely villa with everything you need for a great holiday.

We stayed at villa sunrise for 1 week ( 30th may - 6th june 2018) Dave met us on arrival and showed us around and how to work the air con washer etc. We spent a lot of time either around the very well sized pool or on the fantastic roof terrace. Supermarkets are within easy reach and lots of places to eat close by as well. The only negative that I can put is that the internet was not working at all whilst we were there ( it didn't bother me but the younger ones in our party weren't impressed) also the TV was very hit and miss for a signal ( again this only bothered the younger ones who wanted to watch love island ) . I would certainly recommend this villa as the price we paid I think was very fair. We are even thinking or returning later in the year. Thank you Brian and Pat x

Absolutely fantastic

The photos do not do this villa justice. The pool is enormous and we spent everyday by the pool. Villa and pool were very clean. We enjoyed having lunch on the roof terrace. Pat and Brian were very informative and very pleasant to deal with. Dave came round to show us how everything worked in the villa. We would definitely love to go back in the future.
