Chambre propre, grande. Pas de personnel de réception présent aux heures d’ouverture, c’est un cuisinier qui a laissé son numéro de tel sur la porte qui a fait l’accueil (super gentil, je tiens à le dire, alors que ce n’est pas son job) et pour le départ personne (pas de réponse au tel et numéro sur ebookers non valide ). Si vous souhaitez des conseils ou des interactions avec le personnel, il faut oublier. Dans mon cas, pou une semaine de formation en périphérie de Lausanne, c’était top: parking à dispo, frigo pour avoir de quoi pour les soirs KO à vouloir être tranquille,… Point négatif: même pas de quoi se faire un petit café ou thé le matin. Les fameuse bouilloires à prise européenne des commentaires ont disparu (dommage j’avais pris l’adaptateur). Un peu dur le matin sans le café au saut du lit.

Très belle chambre, bien aménagée et confortable. Par contre, service déplorable. Contrairement au site Web , la chambre n'est pas faite tous les jours. Aucun vrai petit déjeuner n'est possible sur place. Publicité mensongère. A disposition dans la chambre 1 bouilloire, malheureusement, elle a une prise française et l'hôtel est équipé en prises suisses, donc impossible de faire cuire de l'eau. Chambre au 2ème étage sans ascenseur, ce détail n'est pas mentionné sur le site donc surprise à l'arrivée quand on a de la peine à porter des valises!!!! Je ne comprends pas qu'un tel hôtel figure dans le choix Hôtel.com qui d'habitude est très fiable sur la qualité.

Wir sind angekommen, haben aber keine Hilfe beim tragen der Koffer erhalten und wir wurden etwas schnell abgefertigt. Es gab keine herzliches Willkommen. Wir hatten ein grosses Zimmer aber nicht wie angegeben mit zwei Betten sondern mit nur einem Bett. Auch fehlte ein Tisch, der auf der Reklame angegeben war. Wir mussten alles auf einem kleinen Tischchen abfertigen. Auch für den Computer fehlte der Tisch, so dass es unmöglich war, auf einem Tisch sich an den Computer zu setzen. Es wurde drei mal nicht geputzt und die Handtücher gewechselt. Auch fehlte das Tuschgel oder der Shampoo, wie angegeben. Aber sonst waren wir recht zufrieden.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön, das Restaurant mit sehr gutem Essen und das Personal sehr hilfsbereit. Nur Schade ist es Corona Zeit und man kann nicht von allen Möglichkeiten profitieren, aber alles ist einfach super!

Zimmer sind ok, Essen sehr teuer. War geschäftlich da, leider hatte es eine Gruppe Bauarbeiter die jeden Abend sauften und sehr laut war, konnte nie vor 02:00 schlafen. Das Zimmer war direkt oberhalb der Terssse, ich geh da nie wieder hin.

très bon accueil avec possibilité de prendre la chambre dès 13h. Chambre confortable mais donnant sur la terrasse du bar-restaurant, un peu bruyante. Pas de climatisation, chambre assez chaude car exposée sud et difficile d'ouvrir la fenêtre avec la terrasse juste en dessous.
