We were under the impression there was a pullout couch and there was not. We had no iron and called several times for one and had to borrow one from my in-laws. Also our bathroom/ room smelled horrible as if someone had just used it when we had been gone for hours. It was the drain in our shower and my in-laws had the same problem where their shower started flooding. My family enjoyed the beautiful views and family time in the kitchen. Also we forgot some clothes and shoes and I tried to call and never received a reaponse

Umberto was sweet. And the room suited our needs. However, the attendant was very rude to us. Our taxi was running late and he told us to leave the main hallway floor. For the amount of money we spent, he should have shown some mercy. Also, wine should be left in the small refrigerators. Okay stay. I am sure there are better options next time. Please fire the attendant. Left a sour attitude on me.
