The room was beautiful! Spotlessly clean, comfy beds and enough space for all 4 of us . The bathroom was clean and modern. The location was perfect, just a few minutes walk from the Spanish Steps, surrounded by shops and restaurants, right in the heart of Rome. Would highly recommend to everyone, particularly families wanting safety, and peace, whilst still in the midst of things. The staff were all welcoming and friendly, with good communication from before we even arrived. Brilliant!

Very nice and comfortable room with a great bathroom/shower. It’s in a great location. Since it is not readily seen as a hotel from the outside and is part of a building with other boutique hotels and businesses (entrance is locked) it would have been helpful to know how to get in and communicate with the hotel when you first arrive to avoid a 1/2 hour if wondering around with luggage

Great location,nice management and cleaning staff. Building was very old but clean, very secure and adjustible conditioner. Room includes coffee machine, wine opener, fridge filled with water, juice and sweet treats. Love the service. building. Bed was ok but pillows were horrible. In general would recommond this place

Great Hotel and Top Location

Micaela is an excellent hostess/conceirge. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. The room was very clean. The location is excellent—-right in the centre, close to Piazza Popolo and within walking distance of many tourist attractions. You will definitely enjoy your stay!!
Limone is a great place for Gelato nearby!!
Bathroom is very clean and modern.

Loved how central this location is to all the shopping in Italy! Super easy to take the bus around when needed and such great food around the area. The space was clean and well maintained. Great place to stay for people with accessibility needs - there is an elevator and air conditioning.

Fue nuestra segunda vez en este hotel y solo podemos volverles a dar 100 puntos. Es una propiedad espectacular gran limpieza y muy cómodos las habitaciones. El staff muy amable nos cambiaron las toallas todos los días y esta en un lugar super céntrico. Puedes caminar a la fontana de Trevi, a las tensas, al coliseo. Taxi cuesta $9 hasta el Vaticano, en fin el lugar perfecto para caminar y conocer la ciudad de Roma.

The property at 504 Corso Suites was excellent! It is in a fantastic area of town, walkable to every site if your in decent shape and safe, with TONS of shopping and dining options everywhere. Katerina was on concierge who met us at the property to help us in and show us around - very friendly and informative! We were affected by an airline stike before the end of our visit and accomodations we tight, but another attendant at the property, Micaela, went above and beyond at the last minute to secure us a room at one of their other properties, only 2 blocks away, for a family if 4 for 5 nights. Micaela even walked us and our bags (literally down the street) to our new location for an early check-in, and helped us get settled, I couldn't have asked for a better outcome in a tough situation. I would recommend this and any other property, operated by this group, to anyone travelling to Rome; hands down the best service experience we have ever had travelling.

Great!

The location is great, and the hotel and room were very clean, modern, and well maintained. The elevator is quite old, small, and a bit scary, but since it’s only one floor up, we used the stairs, it wasn’t a big issue. The ladies at check-in were excellent — very friendly, polite, and helpful. Despite not having a conventional reception, communication was smooth and efficient throughout our stay. The room was spacious, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and everything felt spotless. They even provided some complimentary drinks and pastries, which was a nice touch. The only thing is that at night, the street can be noisy. We didn't mind as we were so tired but if you don't like that, I would keep that in mind. Overall, our experience couldn’t have been better. I would definitely come back!

Great location and very nice staff. Walking distance to most tourist attractions. Parking is challenging as the property is in the ZTL (Zone with Limited Traffic), needed to park about 10 minutes away for 45€/day.

There are only six rooms in this hotel. We had the one with balcony facing the main street. Desk is only manned in the middle of the day. Lobby is shared with commercial and residential tenants, so it does feel like a hotel experience. Room was clean. Bathroom is enclosed by frosted glass except for a 18" wide panel in the shower which provides a clear view in. Appreciated the walk-in closet/ pantry. Unfortunately enclosed with clear glass, so it lacks privacy for dressing if multiple people are in the room. Right on a main shopping strip that is pedestrian only. Close walk to Piazza Popolo and the Spanish Steps. Gets a bit deserted at night after the shops close.
