AR Room Rome is located about 2km from the "Roma Tiburtina" station, from which you can easily reach the historic center of Rome and all the main Italian cities with high speed. The apartment is located a few steps from the large university area that extends from the historic San Lorenzo neighborhood to the lively Piazza Bologna. Young university students, both out of town and not, are the soul of this neighborhood and give it an unparalleled warmth and liveliness.
The property has a common room with a vending machine, a kitchen equipped with cutting-edge services and a large balcony. The "GREEN" Room can accommodate up to 4 guests and has all the basic services (free Wi-Fi, TV, private bathroom, air conditioning and heating). It has a complete bedroom with 2 double beds, a mini fridge, coat hangers, a complete private bathroom equipped with all toiletries, a smart TV, a safe, sheets, towels, a kettle (coffee, tea etc). The doors of the rooms are locked. The kitchen is a shared space as is the smoking area, which is the balcony that can be accessed from the kitchen itself.

Check-in is every day from 3:00 PM. The property is equipped with self check-in via Vikey. Check-out is by 10:30 AM. Pets are not allowed. Luggage storage is allowed. The property provides sheets, towels and a hairdryer. A private shuttle service from the airport is available for a fee.
