Disliked: Staff & service
Landlord didn't answer the phone nor show up on the premises to unlock the room. Both Expedia and I called...me more than two dozen times. None of the building tenants knew the landlord. We did not stay here. I found rooms elsewhere for the first night and Expedia.found us rooms for the remaining stay in Rome. Unless MAJOR CHANGES are made, DO NOT STAY HERE!
