I feel like I can hear everything and everyone in the other rooms talking, and vice versa. I didn’t feel I was getting a lot of privacy as it needed better insulation. It was very cute but I think they could’ve done better with the pictures of the place because I thought I was getting balcony in a different room. It was little confusing in Expedia. Overall, excellent staff, very kind and was clean.

Excellent location, lots of room, clean. Very comfortable. The only reason I didn’t give it 5/5 is the radiator in the master bedroom was very noisy. Overall I would definitely recommend this property.

Hi property was clean and it had a lot of amenities around it. It was in the high end of Rome residential area but the pictures on Expedia are almost fake. It does not represent the real property which is very antique. It is a very old Apartment but very well kempt . You have to be very careful in using equipment because if you damage it some of the equipments are not replaceable And you may lose your deposit handles on the doors are quite loose and if you’re carrying a lot of luggage with you the elevator is very old-fashioned about 60 to 50 years old elevator in which you have to be careful in closing the doors and the fence. It can only take two big bags. You have to make several trips up and down to transfer your luggage but the service manager Sigeo is always available. He’s very helpful. Futon in the property is very uncomfortable to sleep on.

Close to Coloseum, AC was great. Kitchenette nice - lighter didn’t work to light stove, so we ended up not using it. Shower really small but nice. Plenty of hot water. Cool,old building. Shuttle from airport and to port was great extra that we paid for.

We recently stayed (7/20-7/23) at this location in Rome for the first time, drawn by its convenient location (walking distance to the Colosseum). We booked two apartments, #14 and #38, which were about a 5-minute walk apart. Unfortunately, our stay had several issues. When we arrived at 6 pm, we couldn't access apartment #14 due to a faulty door lock. Despite calling multiple phone numbers listed, no one answered, and we were forced to spend the first night in apartment #38. We had a group of 10 people, 5 kids and 5 adults. The kids were stressed, tired, and crying after a long flight, which made the situation even more challenging. A staff member eventually fixed the lock the next day, and we were able to move into apartment #14. However, our stay in apartment #38 also had an issue. On the second day, the boiler broke down, and it wasn't fixed for the remainder of our stay. We were scheduled to stay for 3 nights. The hotel offered a 10% discount for the 2 nights (boiler issues that had no warm water for shower) and a 1-night reimbursement for apartment #14, but the process was cumbersome, and we had to file a claim through Expedia. We were also asked to pay city/local tax, which we were prepared to pay but it was a higher price from what Expedia was showing. Given the short duration of our stay (3 nights) and the numerous issues we encountered, we wouldn't recommend this hotel despite its location. The experience was disappointing, and we wouldn't stay here again.

Family vacation in Rome. Unit has a good location near Colosseum. Easy check-in, responsive owners, clean rooms and good air-conditioning. Overall a good value. Our only complaint is the bed mattresses are a bit firm. A mattress topper would help.

The check in manager was very nice. The facilities stated it was looking at collesium and it was not our view was orher apartments windows. The office is in a different location and may have a better view of the collesium. If you are in bigger side the shower is really small. Bedrooms had split units but it was still hot for us. But at least they had that. Area is not so good. We were followed a few times by locals and we had to say something.

This is a bait and switch property! The apartment is in a terrible neighborhood and the site is not what is listed on Expedia Cockroaches in the kitchen no balcony or living room just beds with a closed off for view of another dirty window in the shabbiest part of the coliseum area ! We have been to Rome many times and this was a scam property the shower was minuscule and broken hand held shower head ( we are small people and had issues fitting I asked for a two bedroom space with kitchen and sitting area was shown pictures of beautiful places which I paid well over 800$ dollars for two nights six months prior we had decided to try a different area then usual because of the crowds but it was one of the worst ! Don’t go! Wet cleaning rags that smelled pillows without cases I could go on but it’s was a prison cell that the management said I booked and would not let me get a word in it WAS not I’m a seasoned Expedia gold member and I know Rome this was a scam

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment while in Rome. It’s a very large apartment and was nice for our family of four to be able to spread out. The location is wonderful. Lots of restaurants in the area and a joy to walk out every day and see the Colosseum. It was great to have the Colosseum Metro stop right there and there’s also a taxi stand so no matter where we needed to go it was convenient. The only reason I knocked off a star is that there was a very strange funky smell in the apartment. It smelled like someone was roasting two pans of brussels sprouts all day long. When you were in the apartment for a while, you would get used to it, but when you would come in From a day of sightseeing, the smell would hit you hard. I believe it is a dry drain plumbing issue. I think they are aware of it because there are many gallons of air freshener in the closet with cleaning supplies, but they didn’t really seem to help. Overall, I would still stay here again, but I do feel that the smell issue needs to be noted.

Perfect for families

Great place to stay for a family. 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, pull out couch, kitchen, wash machine. No dryer, but racks to hang up to dry clothes. Great location about a 10-15 minute walk to Colosseum. Nice restaurants to walk to all around. Staff communicated well and was helpful.

It was perfect for our family of 5. We really enjoyed how it was quiet but also just a short walk to the colosseum. We loved walking around and enjoying all the different shops and restaurants! It was wonderful having a washing machine as well- it helped so much! Highly recommend!

Excellent Location

This large apartment was very well located near to the Colosseum, and there was so much to see within walking distance. The apartment had all we needed and was a great base to see Rome
