Adjacent to Termini Station
Pros:It has everything that a traveller needs. An iron and ironing board was supplied promptly on request. Tea and coffee can be made in the room.
Cons:I have no suggestions to make.
Location:It is centrally located in Rome, so nothing more need be said.
Friendly staff, good value breakfasts, a room with dedicated shower (not the usual in Italy, a shower in a bath), air conditioning that works made for an excellent experience. This hotel is twinned with one nearby that is also a Best Western Hotel. The latter is good substitute for this one but is not quite as close to Termini station.
