Nice for the price!

The accommodations were great for the price! There was a mini refrigerator, electric water kettle, coffee and tea bags, tea cups and sugar, hairdryer, and shower gel provided. The hot water was boiling hot in the shower! The AC was wonderful, in fact I was cold at times. The internet worked well. A free, standing breakfast ( you don't get a table unless you pay 3 euros which I did) every morning at a local restaurant a few minutes away which included one small coffee and a pastry. It was close to the bus station which had a wonderful Central restaurant market with many different types of Italian foods ready to eat. It is about 8 minutes from the train station. The mattress was hard. I was a bit stressed when I was checking in because I got lost due to my fault and was running late to catch my tour. The manager remained calm and was very helpful showed me everything and called the taxi for me so that I could make my tour.

We loved staying here! Checking in was a bit tricky but google translate saved the day. Host is very kind. The room was simple but clean. Location is perfect! Train station a block away! Excellent!!

Perfect location.

Great for 1 person or couple who will spend their day all out and economical. Easy to catch the train in Termini and caught the bus back to the airport. The busses are easy to catch at the beginning of the Terminal and go to each atteaction or catch the Greenlight bus or Hop on Bus. Lots of shoppibg retail or food at Termini. Also the trains take you to other destinations.

The only bad thing was we were not able to get our keys after 20 minutes.The staff was very polite and gave us some welcome drinks.The location is a walking distance to the train station.They have a small lift for the baggage.

I didn't like noise heard from other rooms. internet connection wasn't stable, poor continental breakfast small bun and small cup of coffee and you have to go to aner caffe which even not allow to sit there to eat your poor breakfast. To have a sit you need to pay 3 EUR. It would be better to say 'breakfast not included' in description of hotel. Otherwise room was clean and bed was comfortable.

Check in was terrible. I called the person responsible many, many times and never got a response. I was lucky to get in the building because someone else was going in. The area around the property is sketchy, dirty and dangerous. Breakfast is not in the premises. They give you a coupon to go elsewhere. The bar they send you too has nothing to offer but a coffee, premade croissant or a donut.

Room was big and clean. Had issue with air they said they would come by next day, we never heard from or saw them again. Sent email about street lights being out and feeling unsafe, was told they can't control lights. Breakfast was a joke..walk 3 blocks get a croissant and coffee but you will be told immediately, "you can not seat unless you pay 2 euros each!". Not a friendly experience. I would not recommend this place.

So its safe secure and clean, tghough the bathroom grout a bit dirty at the bottom. It doesnt have a 24 hour desk, uou can whatsapp the owners who arent gearly responsive, Arrival poor, had to wiat at property which is not well signed. SAfe intsrucitons poor nad not explaine don arrival. Fride on but useless. Airconditiong is very good though. on the go breakfast is off site at a lovely wee cafe 200m away form the propoerty and very limited. Decided to pay for a decent breakfast (which was worth it to be fair) ended up doig different places each day. It's fine but not for me again.

If you're going to take the metro around- this is a great location. The location is very convenient and close to restaurants and mini markets. It says breakfast is included- yes and no. Breakfast is a coupon for coffee and a croissant and you are not allowed to sit in the resteraunt. There arent ammenities like shampoo or soap so bring those with you if you're staying here.

Safe, convenient and Pretty

I booked doe 1 night only. I was delayed coming in and they were very accommodating. Room was clean and very pretty. I was thankful for the lift with my luggage. As a solo female traveller, I felt very secure Im the building, unit and room. Will defiantly stay again when I come back.

You will have to call phone number to get access to the appartment. There is a fridge, coffee maker, clean shower with sheets. The guy will arrive about 5 minutes after the call. Without phone call you will not get in.

It should have been made clear that this is an air b & b type of setup not a hotel. We had trouble finding it. A picture of the front of the building showing it’s not a hotel and which apartment button you push would have been helpful. We’re 2 seniors and had to drag all our luggage for a 2 week cruise up a flight of stairs because the elevator doesn’t go to the ground floor. Breakfast is not on sight but at a restaurant a few blocks away. Although the room itself was fine I feel I was misled.
