BEYOND EXPECTATION.

The owner/care taker Mr federico must have studied hotel management because he takes his guest comfort as prority.His Communication speed is Havard score. I enjoyed my stay in the apartment.it is so cozy you wont want to go into the heat outside.

Posizione centralissima, comodo con i mezzi da Termini e perfetto per visitare il centro città. Locali ampi e gradevoli, anche se un po' bui. Condizioni di manutenzione precarie, specialmente degli infissi che non filtrano alcun suono della strada: avendo tre locali al di sotto, con relativo vociare dei clienti e rimozione al mattino presto di immondizia e bottiglie, servirebbero degli infissi anti-rumore per permettere un sonno più gradevole. Molto gentile l'host che ci ha permesso di tenere le valigie nell'appartamento per qualche ora dopo il check-out

Very well located. Walking distance to most of the sites. Very clean. Noisy at evening and during the night, garbage and delivery truck, people at the terrasse, but this is also the charm of Rome. Our hosts were very attentionate and very responsive.

非常に広い部屋です。２人で泊まるには少し広すぎました。１人一部屋で過ごすことができ、さながらスイートルームです。 ウェルカムワインはとても素敵なサービスだと思います。おかげで幸せな夜を過ごせました。近所のスーパーでおつまみを買ってくれば良いわけです。 もちろん、スーパーのほかに美味しいレストランも沢山周りにあります。さらには観光スポットからも近い。 そして最終日には朝早く空港に行かなくてはならないことをSMSで告げると50€で空港送迎サービスも呼んでくれました。タクシーよりも安くて大満足。送迎は時間通りに来たし、運転手さんも素敵な人でした。 とにかく圧倒的に自信を持って人にオススメできる宿です。
