This apartment is located on the first floor with no elevator(22 steps) , it opens onto the living area with the kitchenette, to the right there is the bedroom with the ensuite bathroom.

The apartment has an air-conditioning system for hot and cold air.

The living area has a table with 2 chairs, a Television corner and the kitchenette. Bookcases, lamps and pictures complete the living room furniture.

The bedroom has a double bed(160 cm x 190 cm), two wardrobes, and side bed tables.
