The Charme Apartment in Balduina is a bright 100m2 apartment in the quiet residential neighborhood of Balduina, just 20 minutes by bus from the historic center and the Vatican. Balduina is a very quiet residential neighborhood, between the Vatican and Monte Mario, well connected to the center of Rome and the main tourist attractions. In the immediate vicinity there are numerous shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. The location is very convenient due to the proximity of the apartment to the "Agostino Gemelli" University Hospital. Also suitable for families with children. The apartment was set up thinking about what the needs of customers could be, for this reason we did not want to overlook any aspect or detail of any kind. The Charme Apartment was furnished and conceived on the model of any home lived in daily, in order to make you feel pampered and always at home.

Guests will have the entire apartment at their disposal. To avoid the permanence of unpleasant odors, guests who smoke are asked to smoke on the balcony.

Check-in takes place every day from 16:00. The property features self check-in via the Vikey app. Check-out is by 11:00. Pets are allowed on request only. Smoking is allowed on the balcony. Luggage storage is allowed, if available. Rent House Rome provides you with sheets, towels and a hairdryer. A private shuttle service from the airport is available for a fee.

The Balduina area is a residential neighborhood located on the Monte Mario hill, in the northwest part of Rome. It is a very quiet area, especially Balduina in North Rome, characterized by wide tree-lined streets, stately villas and elegant buildings. Balduina is located about 5 km from the historic center of Rome and is easily accessible by public transport. The "Cipro-Musei Vaticani" metro station (Line A) is nearby, as are numerous bus lines that connect the area with the rest of the city. One of the main advantages of living in the Balduina area is the proximity to greenery: the neighborhood is located at the foot of the Appia Antica Regional Park and the Monte Mario Park, two of the largest and most evocative green areas in the city.
