Basic Accommodation

This hotel was not as close to the airport as we would have liked. The cab ride from Rome airport is a flat rate of 35 euros which seems expensive in relation to the distance. The hotel offers airport transfer which we used to return to the airport. The cost was 25 euros. The vehicle was a large sized Mercedes SUV and was waiting for us. The hotel room was very basic. Towels were thin. The sheets were clean and the bed was fair. The area around the hotel is sketchy. We walked across the river where there were several restaurants. It was around 5pm so only one was open. Cielo Restaurant was nice and seemed out of the place for the area. The hotel is ok but I would not go back.
