Property was easy to find, safely located. Room was clean, a good size. Staff friendly and pastries provided for breakfast which was a nice touch. Only criticism is that our bed was adjacent to next doors bathroom, so every time the toilet flushed, it was really, really loud and woke us up a few times. Apart from that, a really great value place to stay and would recommend.

+ Easy walk to Termini station. Appreciated free coffee all day and croissants in the morning. - Elevator was not operational 4x during our 4-night stay. Wifi was intermittent. Difficult to find because the lobby was on the third floor of a multi use building. Poor mattress.
