The location for this hotel is amazing! Close to Metro lines, the Colosseum, and so many restaurants. It was perfect! Rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly and responsive. It has AC, which was nice on the super hot summer days. We would definitely stay here again. It was a great experience!

Our stay at Fantini Rooms was wonderful. The location is perfect—within easy walking distance of many of Rome’s most beautiful sights, with so much to see and do right nearby. It was incredibly convenient to find great places to eat and enjoy a drink at any time of day. The staff was very helpful and always responded promptly to any questions, which made the stay even more enjoyable. A comfortable and charming place to stay while exploring Rome.

Liked that it was close to colosseum and other attractions we were able to walk to. The room was attractive, clean and quiet, beds were comfortable. AC worked great. Liked that it had a small lounge at entry with coffee machine. The elevator didnt always work, but it worked when we had luggage,haha. Showers were great also. Our host Francesco was kind, informative, and helpful. We had a wonderful stay.

We had an amazing stay at this boutique hotel in Rome. The location is absolutely perfect, right behind the Colosseum and in the heart of the historic center. Almost everything was within walking distance, which made exploring Rome so easy and enjoyable. There was even an excellent gelato place right underneath the hotel! Francesco was an exceptional host: kind, responsive, welcoming, and always ready to help. He truly made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. I would definitely love to come back here on my next visit to Rome and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for the perfect Roman experience.

This location is within 8 minute walk to the Colosseum. There are also a lot of food options on the street this place is located and souvenir shops for people who want to pick something up. All major locations are within a 30 minute walk and the Vatican is within a 45 minute walk from here. It was all flat and wasn’t any trouble getting around from this location. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great place to stay, the owner is also extremely friendly and easy to work with. The rooms were impeccable, the location is amazing and quiet.

The property has a nice location block and a half from the Cavour Metro (only one stop from Termini, which is an easy transfer to the orange line that takes you to the Vatican. The room can be one bed or two twin and the bathroom is large with an amazing, large walk-in shower with side by side rain heads and a generous bathtub. The location is in a larger building and can be tricky to get in via phone with internet connection, however, it may be an issue of our provider and the free wifi was great. Our beds were made each morning and the air conditioner worked well (look for the white remote for a white wall unit near the entrance. The owners had great communication and we had a wonderful time! * It's also fice minutes from the Collesseum and theres a wonderful gelato and patisserie called Gold Ice a few doors down that begs for multiple visits!

Perfect location! We were able to stop back to relax or cool off multiple times during the day white exploring Ancient Rome! Francesco was very responsive with any questions we had and made some great food recommendations. We specifically enjoyed La Taverna dei Monti that he suggested. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel's location was excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. We also enjoyed the breakfast and the overall atmosphere of the property. Thank you to the entire team especially to Francesco for making our stay enjoyable and memorable. Wir waren 5 Tage in diesem tollen Hotel. Es ist komplett neu gemacht. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und Francesco war super nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist top, man ist in 5-10 min zu Fuß am Kolosseum und in der Umgebung hat es schöne Frühstücks Restaurants. Wir können das Hotel sehr empfehlen und hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt! 🤗 Das Hotel hat keine klassische Rezeption und der Check in läuft online, Francesco ist aber per WhatsApp jederzeit erreichbar.
