Nice room in great area of the city. Francesco (host) is very attentive/helpful. If you’re looking for a good room in the heart of Rome this is a spot. The room is for those who are mainly going to be out and about.

This is NOT a hotel, which is what we were expecting and why we booked after staying at multiple airbnbs on our Italy trip. This is a room that requires a complicated self check-in process that requires data (which didn’t work in the building so we had to do it downstairs), clicking a link in an email and entering codes. We couldn’t deposit our bags before or after checkout because there’s nowhere to leave them outside the room so we paid for a luggage storage. It was impeccably clean and pretty quiet since the room faces a courtyard. For the price, it was nothing special and the whole automated setup was disappointing. Outside the room, there is a coffee machine and some tea, with a tiny seating area and that’s all for amenities. Would not book again.
