Travelled with my wife and 2 children, and stayed in the junior suite. It was great value for money, plenty of space with 2 made up (comfortable) single beds and in our room a bonus of 2 toilets! Breakfast had a great variety and to top off was only 7-10 minutes from 2 different metro stations for quick access to the centre. Parking was also secure, gated off underground)

My first solo holiday abroad by myself so I was very anxious the hotel was very easy to get to and they helped to organise a hotel transfer e.c.t. Some staff were more helpful/welcoming than others/recommending of facilities in the hotel e.c.t. but it felt safe was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast is highly recommended. The room was simple but very nice and the gardens were well kept. The décor was fabulous and if I was to stay in Rome again I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Hotel Fenix.

Property was well kept with amazing staff. Quiet residential neighborhood but walkable and safe. Breakfast was delicious and fresh daily. Drinks in the garden are a must after a long day. This is a must stay hotel when visiting Roma. I will definitely be returning.
