They gave us just one towel for a couple bedroom. The bathroom had an awful sewage smell. It was disgusting. We were looking for a number to call the desk and room service. No number available. The reception person Stefano was not friendly at all. We informed him about the odor and responded with “really” and that was it. There was no information how to get connected to WiFi. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Do not be fooled by photos- very disappointed

0 star Do not be fooled by the online photos — the property is outdated and poorly maintained. There was a missing glass window that made the building look rundown, and a powerful synthetic air-freshener smell in the lobby that was so strong it made us feel nauseous. Our rate included breakfast and transportation, but breakfast choices were extremely limited. When our flight was changed to an earlier time and we requested the included transfer, staff told us we either had to take a taxi or be charged a penalty — despite transportation being part of our package. Very disappointing; I would not recommend this hotel!

The property refused to honor my double bed request even though specifically specified on the sheet and called ahead to be told okay but when o arrived they didn’t do it. They also false advertised dinner on the beach because their beach closes at 7 and dinner is not available. I specifically booked this hotel for the beach and dinner. The front desk was rude and not accommodating to find any solutions. I ended up having to book something else for myself last minute and let my friend stay on the room. I will not be back here.

The hotel is not bad but they don’t provide the beach chair’s you have to pay for the one chair 10 euros plus 10 euros for beach umbrella so if you like two people you have to spend like 20 euros for chairs +10 euros for umbrella so and also they charge you for the beach towels which is five euros so it’s something I never had before I been traveling a lot but this something I ever had so be prepared for the expenses

The fly Decó Hotel was nice and clean, you do have to walk a ways,200 meters to get to restaurants and shopping, the hotel had a restaurant, only for breakfast, they do provide transportation to and from the airport for a fee. The hotel is near the beach across the street. The rooms were small according to U.S. Standards.

At the time of my check out Breakfast was supposed to be from 7-10am I left the hotel at 6:45am Asked for a coffee and told the receptionist was willing to pay for it because I was heading to the airport and couldn’t wait for breakfast He told me he can’t get me a coffee in the meantime someone else was having a coffee 10 ft away from me on the bar! When I checked out he asked me if I still wanted the coffee after he could check in with the manager I refused and went on my way The hotel is somewhat ok The room is extremely small The beach and broad walk are within walking distance and very convenient for all restaurants Wouldn’t spend my money on that place again You’re definitely treated as a tourist and in their eyes they’ll never see you again so just pay and be gone All they want is your money
