It was the worst experience I had. I booked a room with Twin bed and I received double bed and when I went to talk to reception, they tried to argue with me. They dont have any customer service experience and also hotel is dirty and Un Safe. I dont recomend at all. Rude and unpleasant experience. Definetely you need to look for another option.

If you are looking for luxury, this is not the hotel to stay at. However, you’re visiting Rome and not spending time in a hotel room. We had air conditioning a clean, safe room and clean bedding and essentials. We had the essentials of a clean bathroom, clean room and simple breakfast. This is the place to stay.

The location was so isolated, it was quiet. This was wonderful. I wish the Hotel would have a Dinner Buffet as well as a Breakfast Buffet. The Staff took care of every issue, and were very polite.

The hotel says they provide a 24 hr shuttle service. I booked the hotel with the intention of using that service. That was not the case. I had to spend €10.5 (and 1 hr 15 mins) to get from the airport to the hotel and €15.5 to get from the hotel back to the airport (and about 1.5 hrs). This was a complete waste of my time, money and energy.

Located far far away from the city in an isolated area, so getting there was expensive. Very under developed room. Only bed was good. Toilet was clean but shower area was ridiculously small even for a medium sized person. If you chose the shower door, its like being in a coffin. I leave it open and the rest of the toilet gets wet. Room had a funny pungent smell that i couldnt get rid off. It was smelly. Old furniture, analogue TV, safe box was fine. No space to put your luggage, use the bed. Dont think I'll come back here. Only good point were the staff, they always have a smile and made me feel welcomed. Property definitely needs renovation.

The staff member I talked to on the phone was fairly rude, but the one working the front desk while I was there wasn't bad. The room I stayed in was furnished a minimum amount and the soundproofing on the room was very poor, I could hear every conversation and noise from within the hotel.

The room that I was staying in was not receiving new sheets nor were the sheets being cleaned. The same stain was on my cover for consecutive days, When I went to the front desk and asked for clean sheets, I was told there were none left which gave me the impression that none of the rooms were getting their sheets replaced.

Walls in the room were damaged and marked! Bed was hard. We were sent an email giving us info about meal times and bar, when we arrived the bar and restaurant were out of commission. Breakfast was basic continental, and hotel was in the middle of a construction site. Not a place I would recommend.
