The room was exactly as advertised and was clean and comfortable. Air conditioning worked very well as it was quite hot while we were there. Bathroom was new and clean and all the extra amenities like coffee from an espresso machine, slippers and toothbrushes/toothpaste were a nice touch as well. Only issue was that we didn't receive the door codes to get in before we arrived and the staff was extremely difficult to get a hold of. We called several numbers multiple times, messaged them on whatsapp and through the expedia app, after 45 minutes of waiting outside they finally messaged us back on whatsapp and said that they hadn't received payment confirmation from Expedia yet even though we sent them our payment confirmation that we received from Expedia 30 days earlier. Finally around 10 minutes later they sent us the codes.
