The property was conveniently located, and the room size and facility quality were good. However, the overall experience was disappointing. I was not a fan of the 3:00 p.m. check-in time, especially given the 10:00 a.m. checkout. Guests should have the option to check in earlier when possible, particularly after long international flights and in hot weather. The most frustrating issue occurred on the last night of our stay, when the power went out. Although power was restored around 10:30 p.m., we were not given adequate support to turn it back on in the apartment. The links and WhatsApp messages sent to us were not sufficient, and clearer, more hands-on assistance would have been appreciated. Unfortunately, the late check-in policy and the power outage on our final night made the stay unpleasant. These issues outweighed the convenient location, spacious room, and otherwise good facilities. Given the premium price paid, I expected a much better experience.

Great location in the heart of the city

We had a great time staying in this property. It’s well appointed and very comfortable. It’s a stones throw from the Vatican and you can feel the buzz of the city. There are a large number of restaurants nearby where we had fantastic food every night. I will be coming back and would recommend this as a great place to stay.

La sua posizione è perfetta, è situata a pochi passi da alcune dalle maggiori attrazioni artistiche e storiche di Roma come la Basilica di S. Pietro, I Musei Vaticani e la Cappella Sistina. Il servizio è efficiente e il proprietario è stato cortese e disponibile. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Se avete intenzione di visitare Roma e cercate un appartamento lussuoso, in un'ottima posizione e con dei padroni di casa fantastici, non esitate a provare la casa vacanze 'Suite Sarandrea' - non rimarrete delusi!
