It’s awesome, plenty of space, lovely rooms, great kitchen, great location. 100’ from an open market with amazing produce. An elevator?!!!! Inner courtyard clothesline! .5 km from the tram. The only sad things that you could possibly point out are the somewhat flimsy frying pans and the red bathroom’s extra rules due to plumbing. That’s it. The WiFi was good.

Pire expérience possible !!!

Le jour de mon arrivée le gestionnaire du bien nous appelle pour nous prévenir que l’appartement n’est pas disponible à cause d’un problème de plomberie et qu’à la place il nous donnait un appartement plus grand. J’arrive donc dans cet appartement qui effectivement possédait une chambre de plus mais très sombre et sans salon (plus adapté à des couples qu’à une famille avec enfants). Il nous propose donc un autre appartement mais celui la plus petit. Les enfants devaient donc dormir à 3 dans un fauteuil convertible. L’appartement en soi était beaucoup plus à notre goût, propre et lumineux mais au 4e étage sans ascenseur (en panne !). J’ai donc demandé à ajouter un lit supplémentaire (et il a eu l’audace de me dire que c’était payant (alors qu’à l’origine j’avais payé pour un appartement avec 6 couchages et que là je recevais un appartement avec 4 couchages !! Il n’a pas non plus accepté de me rembourser la différence du prix!!! Ne pas s’approcher de ces appartements, ils n’ont aucune manières!! Leur réponse était « c’est réglé d’avance on n’y peut rien »!!!
