We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Staff were great and organized restaurants and taxi to airport and made recommendations. We stayed for two nights and came back again at the end of our trip. They allowed us to store extra bags and had them in the room waiting for us when we returned. Good location to near Trastevere for restaurants and about 20 mins from Trevi Fountain and Pantheon

Chapter Roma is a beautifully design hotel located walking distance from Rome’s main attractions. The staff is superb, very knowledgeable and friendly always trying to help. Great hospitality. The reason why I am giving them 3 stars is because we weren’t able to sleep well and woke up ver achy every morning. The beds are extremely hard and the pillows are pretty bad as well. The bed comforter is super thin and the room was pretty cold in the middle of the night, what is sad because the room size was great and as I mentioned the staff was superb.
