Comfort and Style in the Heart of Rome We had a wonderful 3-night stay at this lovely hotel in Rome. The room was spacious and thoughtfully laid out, with a separate area featuring a stylish bar cart and a cozy trundle bed for our daughter—perfect for families. While a bit more closet space would have been ideal, the overall comfort and design made up for it. The shower felt luxurious, and the location was fantastic—just a short walk to the historic Jewish Quarter and many other key sights. A great blend of convenience, comfort, and Roman charm.

Clean, friendly staff. The room was very small but on top of that the furnitures were weird - there was no place to sit or even a small desk, but there was a huge hanger no very useful in the entrance. There should have been a table with a chair or a small armchair. Also, the lights controls that look like amplifier knobs are cool but are barely functional for dimming or just opening/closing lights. The roof top bar is nice but for god sake have the place serve italian food/snack - you're in the middle of the best food place on earth, not the place to try so so ''mexican food''.

Staff was amazing. Patricio at the bar was inviting amd gave us some great recommendations. You can't beat the location. Far enough from the late night noise but close enough to walk to everything. I would stay here again. The only complaint i have is that the cleaning service was not refilling the shower bottles regularly.

Staying at hotel chapter Roma exceeded our expectations! It was my first time traveling to Italy and this hotel and its wonderful staff helped in every which way they could. I can’t recommend this enough (especially for anyone traveling from the US - hotel is prime location and walking distance to everything to see/eat). I can’t wait to come back and I can’t imagine staying anywhere else in beautiful Roma! Thank you again, hotel chapter Roma, for such a beautiful and memorable stay!
