A good stay

Good hotel in a good location. What could improve it are a few little extras; eg. slippers, bath robe etc. Kettle for tea/coffee in room was available on request.

Rome Centrale

Jewel of Rome. Very clean, staff spoke english, very reasonable rate. Close to everything.

Great new hotel in perfect location.

Pros: It was fresh new and clean. Friendly staff. "happy hour" 6-8pm which was nice to do before we headed out for dinner, close to restaurants and Vatican.
Location: Old world charm, safe location close to Vatican. Restaurants, wine bars, pharmacy, icecream, leather goods, gift shops, bakers, mini-mart, tours.
We were pleasantly surprised with this new hotel in old world charm neighbourhood. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great king size bed and excellent buffet breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble including our late check out to accommodate our flight times, and the laundry service was the best presentation we have ever seen by a hotel delivered boxed in tissue paper and potpourri. Good air conditioning especially as it was very hot when we were there in July.

Perfection for a stay in Rome

We were welcomed with glasses of juice and biscuits and checked in very efficiently. We had prepaid on WOTIF, and there was no additional requirements for credit card imprint, just a copy of our passports to meet the regulations in Rome. The interior of the hotel looked all new, and that extended to the bedroom. Everything was well appointed with nice fittings and fixtures. The included breakfast exceeded all our expectations for an Italian hotel. Great buffet was available from 7am to 10:30 am. In the afternoons they had happy hour in the foyer lounge, complete with a range finger food. The staff on reception were extremely helpful and we're happy to printer out online tickets for us. The hotel is on a cobblestone lane with no car entry and hence is full of outdoor tables for the many restaurants, espresso and gelato bars. The Vatican is 2 minutes walk into the next street and several buses stop at the end of the lane to arrive from and go to all the major historical attractions. We walked from the Hotel to all the major attractions without the need for the bus. Although it's nice to know it's easy access to the bus if required or if you are going further afield. The photos on WOTIF are a true representation of the Hotel.
