Great stay. Kind staff. At arrival the room we were given was not clean; however, after complaining we were moved as a courtesy to the suite. The hotel needs remodeling but the service is great. The breakfast is also very good.

The views of St. Peter’s from rooftop are beautiful. However, there is no mention of the noise, huge crane over property and the construction site right next to the hotel. This started on 2024 and still ongoing for 1.5 yrs. I had been here before and I was looking for an enjoyable and quiet stay. Hotel won’t reimburse you for the noise inconvenience or misrepresentation. The front desk guy Maximilian was rude. He also didn’t help to change the language on the computer to English for me to print my airline ticket. My trash cans or coffee mugs weren’t clean for 2 days. Room Temp was hot. It used to be one of my favorites hotels for its location and customer service, not anymore.

Easy walking distance to St. Peter's Basilica, nice room and friendly staff always on site; they were helpful especially as we had a morning flight and had to check out very early. The rooftop bar has a nice view of the city.

The staff was very pleasant, breakfast decent, but there was mold all over the bathroom. You could tell the floors hadn’t been mopped, nothing had been deep cleaned, and it all smelled of pee. If you tried to get fresh air, there would just been smoke filling the room. I would definitely not recommend.

Close Proximity to Vatican

We enjoyed staying walking distance to the Vatican area. Plenty of options to have a nice meal even late at night within close proximity to the hotel. Also, accessibe to bus and train stops.

Very noisy, poor housekeeping, massive construction side right outside the window. No restaurant in hotel very limited breakfast options and exactly the same food every day. Good localisation 15 min walk to St Peter's square
