Hotel Isa was absolutely fabulous! The entire staff was very nice and helpful. We were allowed to check very early after arriving from a cruise. They sent champagne and snacks to our room. Plus, they arranged for a private car service to take us to the airport the next morning. The full breakfast on the rooftop had everything that your heart desires and the fresh fruit was the sweetest! We enjoyed drinks on the rooftop in the evening and our waiter Willy was the nicest guy. Our room was super clean, roomy and comfortable. I will definitely be staying at Hotel Isa whenever I’m on holiday in Rome again.

My key card stopped working twice and I had to get new ones. One of the times was during a false fire alarm at 4 am that continued for about 30 minutes, and then had to go back down to get the key card fixed again. The staff was very lovely and the area was great. However, I will stay somewhere else next time.

This hotel is amazing! It’s right in the city centre so easy walking to some of the famous ruins museums. The breakfast in a rooftop restaurant is quite good views or spectacular. Customer Service is fantastic. The only improvement I can suggest is the air conditioning needs to be improved in each room. It is somewhat warm and uncomfortable, and I need to ask for a fan for more ventilation. Otherwise it’s a great hotel. See you soon.
